Complaints Policy

If a client has any complaints about the services received from AviAnalysis, they are invited to submit them in writing by email to analysis@aviaproconsulting.com within 10 business days of receiving their report. Lodging a complaint does not release the client from their obligations to pay for the service.

If no complaints are made within 10 business days of receiving their report, the service shall be deemed to have been fully accepted, and AviAnalysis shall only act on complaints if it sees fit to do so.

Changing any part of the report including modifying assumptions or editing the final results at the client’s request shall in no way constitute an acknowledgement on the part of AviAnalysis of having supplied an inferior service.
